Subscription Info (excerpted from terms linked above):
Billing. You can upgrade your account to use additional features of the Service ("Paid Service"). We'll automatically bill you from the date you subscribe to the Paid Service and on each periodic renewal until it is unsubscribed. You're responsible for all applicable taxes, and we'll charge tax when required to do so.
No Refunds. You may unsubscribe your Paid Service at any time but you won't be issued a refund.
Downgrades. Your Paid Service will remain in effect until it is unsubscribed or terminated under this Agreement. If you don't pay for your Paid Service on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or downgrade your service. You will not be able to access any saved videos from your account from the expiration date of the Paid Service.
Changes. We may change the fees in effect but will give you advance notice of these changes via a message to the email address associated with your account.
Pricing & Duration. Monthly subscriptions cost between $4.99 and $22.99 per camera depending on the recording duration. Yearly subscriptions cost between $49.99 and $229.99 per camera depending on the recording duration.

Works Enough
Giving it a 3-Star seeing that it works just fine although it could use improvements. Haven’t felt the need to replace it and still satisfied.
Pros: We use it as a baby monitor and it work heat for that when we want to check it. Sound and all. Also works perfectly at night in greyscale while being easy in the eyes. Appreciate the screenshot button built it to along with being able to speak to our baby.
Improvements: Update for the masters platforms to be supported (iPhone X for example) and really wished this worked from the phone with a cellular connection. What’s up with that?!
The product is totally unreliable - UPDATED
Lowering my rating to 1 star from 2 stars. We took 2 week long trips this summer and the camera disconnected from wifi by day 2 or 3 on both. I did not get a notification in either case but even if I had there is nothing I could have done remotely to address. I will not be renewing the subscription. When it is connected the camera is fine, but it cuts out too much to bother.
Below is my original review:
It loses the wi-fi connection multiple times per day. You cannot fix it remotely. Thus, you cannot count on it for any type of monitoring when you're not around. I wasn't sure I wanted to pay for video recording so I let it lapse. I decided to give it one more try just this past week and I already regret it. I won't buy another one and will move on to a different vendor in the future.
Decent but needs work
UPDATE
Camera now goes offline regularly and won't work until it is rebooted. This is an almost daily problem now and renders it useless.
The app takes a while to get used to. The interface is decent but not overly intuitive. The method of jogging around your captured footage from their server is a bit lackluster and the speed in which it fetches your video recordings from their server needs to be faster. Some days are slower than others. Why can't I forward to the next alert with a single button instead of always having to drag to the next instance? Detection sensitivity could use some refinement. So many false alerts. Camera that points outdoors is always notifying me off grass and leaves moving as well as clouds changing light around the cameras view.
