I have no choice

Since cars are central to life in Saudi Arabia, I am not comfortable with a private entity managing the whole thing. They have few slots in neighbourhoods with many cars. They block access to freely available parking spaces. They block access to roads where you might easily get free parking spaces. They tow away cars as a source of revenue.
I don’t know how people who can’t afford the additional cost in Jeddah will move around. Unlike Dubai, there is no public transportation in Jeddah. It doesn’t matter even if you have a car. It will be very hard to find a free spot because everyone needs to park and there aren’t enough spaces. I don’t even understand what benefit they bring to the city. They aren’t increasing parking capacity. There is no improved safety. This whole thing is just a rich guy using power to earn a good income.
Ppl aren’t rating this app down because the app is bad. This whole thing is bad.

Terrible service - they want your money in every possible way

They locked my tire because I wasn’t able to display the ticket . I tried to pay through the app which didn’t work. When I called the support , they were like yes we can see the information in the system and you have time remaining but we will still charge Sar 200 for not displaying the ticket on the front. Let’s see if they refund my money.

Very bad experience & not helpful employee

They locked my car although i paid the amount for 5 hours parking l, when i asked the employee he told this parking for buses only. I replied why the app confirmed the booking for my sedan car he told not my issue. Pay first then complain. He was a very rude employee & not have a solution for the customers. Very bad experience
