Good app, works well

This is a solid app and makes controlling the mini split easy. I have only one complaint. It seems like you guys updated the app in schedules so that when you go to adjust the schedule settings the settings are defaulted to like ‘dry’, 62 degrees, low fan. It used to show the settings as what I currently had configured, which made adjusting the schedule very quick. Now it’s a bit annoying to adjust the schedule bcause everything has to be reset, when I used o be able to just adjust the temp up or down a couple degrees quite quickly.

Horrible Horrible App!!!!

It’s like somebody got paid to write a completely terrible application. I have three mini splits and everyone has their own story on how terrible this application was to set up. Everybody who wrote this app should be fired and replaced by kindergartners with crayons. They can do a better job of making an app work. Every mini split I set up had its own issues even though they’re all the same brands with all the same parts on all the same routers. It boils down to you just have to screw around with his app long enough to accidentally get it to work. Normally I have some sympathy for designers because I know they have a hard job but in this case you’re all idiots. Your application takes like six clicks to login When I login from Apple. Nothing needs to be this complicated. It needs to have facial recognition and just work. Seriously guys lay off the peyote and do your job better.

The split HVAC unit and the NetHome Plus app to control the unit wirelessly have worked flawlessly since I purchased the unit a year and a half. I had to replace my wireless router and I lost my wireless connection to control the unit and I couldn’t find an option to get the new network connected so I sent Support an email telling them my situation and they responded within 24 hrs and sent me information on what I needed to do to reset my network connection to the HVAC unit. Worked great up and running wirelessly again, Thank you.
