Helped Me Get Through Hard Days
I love this app!!! I paid to unlock
all the tapes because I was so impressed with the first set.
These tapes have gotten me through difficult nights when there are no meetings. I’ve gotten help working the steps with listening to how other people worked their steps.
I’m not really a fan of the Forum stories section. Somehow there’s a disconnect between the story and having them all read by the same person with the same tone. I can’t even listen to many of those. I tried but I don’t feel a connection with the story being told.
Program on the Go
I love this app. In my short time working the program, these speaker meetings have helped immensely. I have the ability to nourish my newfound lifestyle and change my undesirable behaviors. I am so very grateful that I have the ability to listen and learn especially when I can’t get to a meeting. I once read that the program is like learning a new language. It is easier if you immerse yourself in the language. This is one of the ways I can immerse myself in the program while I am on the go.

Alanon speakers
I listen as I walk my dog. I’ve been in Al-Anon for many years(44) and it’s saved my life! I love listening because I need to be reminded of where I came from and put the focus on me and keeping my serenity each day and my Higher Power, God.
The stories that I listen to are great reminders.
