How to open files from the web:
After installing the app you will be able to open files downloaded from the web. Select the file and choose "Open in MIDI Opener" or "Open in...", then select MIDI Opener from the list of apps.
How to open files from the cloud:
Tap the folder icon to browse files in iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Note that the Dropbox or Google Drive app must be installed and iCloud must be configured in your device Settings first.

good app but…
I love how I’m able to change instruments and tempo but the changing key option breaks every song, because whenever I open the app with the song I played before, it sounds fine, but when I choose a different song, the song is in the key of the previous one, and I always have to manually change the key, and I’m getting annoyed of this, so can you please remove the change key or at least fix it? that would really help!

I have downloaded this app so I can play all of my midi files. I tried to upload a sound font, but I couldn’t find where you go to upload one. After searching for a minute or so, I found where you upload sound fonts. I downloaded the Super Mario 64 sound font just because it’s a good sound font. I found a midi of “Whatever It Takes” by Imagine Dragons and with the Super Mario 64 sound font, it sounded… …strangely beautiful. I downloaded some more midi files to test out what sounds good with the Super Mario 64 sound font, but I will still keep all of the midis even if they sound bad.

I very much enjoyed this app. It is one of the few free midi applications, and it opens my files very well. The sound font to built in to the application actually does not sound too bad, when comparing it to the one built into my windows PC. I dream feature would either be trans pose the sound, or load a custom sound font, but like I said, it’s a dream feature. It’s free, and it does everything a free app should do. I especially like how closely integrated it is with the system, being able to play midis in the background.
