I love the online banking app. It’s accurate, updates immediately and is easy to navigate!
One improvement will change everything
I’m a gamer. I buy games and sim racing accessories from companies outside of America. Every transaction is blocked and flagged as high risk. It becomes frustrating and makes me want to remove all my money from this bank and find a new one.
Solutions I see fit would be to allow me to approve transactions from the app. Or notice my spending habits with these companies and do a one time verification with said company. I’m not calling the bank every time I want to spend money online.
