Description
With Linn Area Credit Union’s FREE mobile banking app, it’s kind of like having a financial wingman everywhere you go. You can keep tabs on your balances, make transfers between accounts, pay bills, deposit a check, work on your budget, view document, and never have to step foot in a branch again (but please do ‘cause we’d miss ya!).
Internet Banking Features:
- Account Access
From checking to savings and even your loans and credit card, you’ll be able to see all transactions, including those pending ones
- Account Transfers
Make transfers between your Linn Area Credit Union accounts and even transfer funds member to member or to another financial institution.
- Bill Pay*
Make payments to any of your billers.
- Documents*
Once enabled, view your monthly statements as well as tax documents or other account documents.
- MoneyMap*
Use this colorful tool to track your spending, manage your budget, set goals, and see all your accounts in one place.
- Mobile Deposit
Make check deposits to your enrolled Linn Area Credit Union accounts.

Internet Banking Services:
The app allows you to make Secure Messages to our support team as well as manage your account with additional services such as Check Stop Payment, Order Checks, RoundUp Savings, and more.
You can also find our ATMs and Banking Centers using the GPS system provided by your iPhone.**

New update glitches and locks app
Since the update this app glitches and locks up. When trying to make a simple transfer between accounts I have to close the app and reopen it several times before completing a transaction. Menu items are also not as readily viewable - they are listed at the very bottom of the dashboard screen - not an issue with a couple accounts but when managing several accounts it‘s annoying. Top right drop down menu is available as well but not as visible as in previous version. Will continue to use the app trusting updates will address the issue. The transfer glitch would be a deal breaker for me if I was new to LACU mobile banking. It’s that frustrating.
The newest update is awful
The app looked perfectly fine before the March 2022 update. It now is messy and not nearly as easy to use. It went from being one of the best banking apps to one of the worst.
I can’t log in on my iPhone or my iPad despite them being updated to latest versions
Well. This app needs a lot of work. I went to log in expecting my Face ID to work and it’s not even an option. So I tried to login the old fashion way and it won’t highlight the login button for me to login. What’s up? Now deleting the app and adding it back it to see if it’s successful. Disappointed. Linn Area CU is the most behind the times CU I’ve ever worked with. Catch up or I’m going to move my accounts with you!
