Really like it, but at times I think it is too difficult

I downloaded this app years ago and honestly it helped a lot! It definitely worked. One thing that I do have to say is, is that I think it increases the intensity of the workout too fast. I think about this with all their apps. Other than that, I really like it!

LOVE IT!!! ❤️

I really wanted to have healthier and more slender thighs, and I had tried a few apps before this one. After trying the other apps for a while, I felt like they weren’t helping. Finally I came upon this app. Is was like it was waiting for me! This app is very helpful and well put together, and it helped me so much! The difference from the other apps was absolutely incredible!! I have recommended this app to all of my friends because it worked so well and so quickly! This is a very effective and great app, and I recommend it to everybody who’s looking to get more healthier, slender, or more fit thighs. I have no complaints. This app is a lifesaver!! 😝💕

Easy Fun Workday Challenge

I have all 8 of these 30 day challenges. I do one every hour at work to try to keep myself moving. My job is very sedentary. I’m more motivated to stop what I’m doing and spend a couple minutes on these than I am other short workouts because of the whole calendar and challenge aspect.
