This is a great app
I LOVE this app. It is an easy to use tool to measure distances on a map for scoping out routes for walks, hikes, bike rides, etc. So if you want to do a one-mile walk or a five-mile bike ride, you can quickly figure out your route to achieve this. Or use it after to find out how far you walked, biked, drove, etc.
Straight lines only; no curves; no yards
The most useful part is its simplicity but thats where it ends. If you're trying to measure your yard you cant because the map source is fixed and limited zoom stymies the ability to measure locally. Trying to measure a bend is like a thousand tiny linear lines around a circle. It cant be done. Add yards and meters then ill add a star. Add choice of maps and scale, thats another star. Add point numbers that'll be 5 stars
