App is broken

I can also take issue with the Cubii app not registering activity correctly or just flat out losing connection to the Cubii pro. I filed a ticket with support after their latest app update broke usage tracking in Dec. 2021 and received a message back basically telling me that it wasn’t the app that was not working, even though I was using it the same as I was prior to the update, it must be me. I responded to that message and a few days later I received another message that Cubii was aware that there was an issue with the app, but as of yet they haven’t updated the app to fix the problem.

EDIT: the latest update hasn’t fixed the issue. I spent an hour and 40 minutes pedaling on my Cubii before the connection just quit and it only credited me for 55 minutes. Absolutely perplexing since this worked absolutely fine prior to the Update on Dec.

Upgrade is terrible

EDIT2: app is working fine. Didn’t hear from customer support but at least it’s working!

EDIT: Cubii needs to be more on top of their app versions. My iOS updated last night and then the app wouldn’t load. I followed their troubleshooting which included deleting and reinstalling the app and now it’s even worse. I can’t even see what type of progress I’m making on my cycles/steps/calories burned. Now I have just an incredibly expensive foot rest.

I love my Cubii! It’s helped me halt my weight gain from sitting at my desk 12 hours a day! The app “upgrade” from 3.0 to 3.1 is terrible! It’s no longer tracking my steps and not syncing with my FitBit at all - despite the fact that the biggest factor of the upgrade is that the sync is supposed to be more often. Also, it’s impossible to find support. I’ve gone through all their customer support links but am only being led to an FAQ that’s doesn’t answer my question and I can’t find anywhere to submit it. Up until this update, I would have give this 5 stars. Hope they fix it soon!

Best Spent Money EVER!

I’ve been working from home the better part of the year. I made my Cubii purchase just before the cold weather hit. I’m so happy I did!!! Yes, I did have issue with the original unit. It was not syncing. Customer service with Ryan, and Gabe has been OUTSTANDING. Regardless of who I connected with, I received friendly, professional, timely resolve. Once that issue was quickly resolved, I have been pedaling my way to feeling much better! It’s been a rough year, Cubii has helped me pedal away depression. My next goal: combine with a better eating plan and achieve weight loss. I love the Bluetooth feature and integration with my FitBit. I am now consistently hitting my daily goals, making progress and the “Social” features are a nice “Plus”. I have already made feature suggestions. This is probably the best spent money on gym equipment / membership I’ve ever made.
