Poor
No link or number to customer support. Tried logging in then the password reset. The app tells me my password has had some thing happen to it and to contact customer support but there are no links or contact information for customer support. Very poor

UPDATE 10-Feb-2020; New update has been released that resolves password reset issues as well as provides contact information.
