Ratings and Reviews
Horrible app
Have used this app for over a year. About once a month it fails to connect to my account even though no changes have been made. Have to delete and reload the app and then go through the whole verification process again to get it to work. Customer service was no help the first time it happened and took them two days before they got back with me. By that time I had already deleted the app myself.

Dreadful App!
NBH for some weird reason chooses to stay behind the times. Their app is so outdated, it doesn’t support push notifications; meaning the only way you can know if transactions are done on your account(s) is to either sign in to the app and see or have thousands of emails sent to you. The app will too frequently have issues allowing you to sign in even when you’re typing your information in correctly. This so often results in me having to keep changing my login credentials for nothing and then I still get the same results. It’s getting to the point where there’s no need for this app, just go directly to their website and check things out.
Baaaadddd App
Been a customer OVER 10 years and this app is not good. Have reported over a dozen issues just in the last 3 years.... NO one ever gets back to me AND I consider myself Lucky if the issues gets fixed after reporting it twice...... IF I have the time to do so. Errors included- a wrong amount on deposits even with a Correct amount when entered— NO notice sent confirming deposits— NO confirmation number for tracking on deposits—No way to check what was Deposited—
If I didn’t want the hassle of moving accounts, stopping automatic drafts, unlinking card pmts and ALL the other crap of changing banks I would be gone... also my ATM cards won’t work... after getting them changed x3 time now.... REALLY!!!
