UPDATE: I appreciate the developer response and finding out what is actually behind the issue! Since my original review, this issue seems to have been resolved. I’m still getting an occasional extra notification, but nothing to the extent that it was previously. Thanks for the response! Much appreciated!
I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the app itself, or if the notifications on my phone are messed up, but I have some weather notifications set up for this app. All of the ones I’m expecting to show up...do. But they are showing up multiple times. I got about 20 notifications in the span of a minute. I didn’t have this issue before today.
I’ll check to see if this is an issue on my end, but I just wanted to give a heads up! I’m giving 4 stars right now, but aside from this one issue...this would be a 5 star app! It is definitely one of my favorites, by a long shot!

Much like the gods, Weather Gods is beautiful but finicky.
Update: reinstalling the app made reading the signs from the weather gods more consistent. The priests who write the app are quick to respond to requests for support, and are working to include the gods’ views into weather systems in the app.
Original review: (was 2 stars) Even with an iPhone X, this app is about as responsive as the gods to my wishes. Regular taps and strokes don’t accomplish what I want with the app, so I resorted to first the tears and then the blood of a virgin sacrificed to see if the gods would respond to these. Appeased, they showed me the forecast and gave me insight into when the heavens would light up again. Praise be to the weather gods for their mighty power, but I hope that they’ll be responsive to my pleas in the future. For $2.99, they’d better be!

Mostly good app, with amazing potential.
The layout is confusing at first, this is not designed like most weather apps; however once you overcome the learning curve it is worth it. This seems to be very accurate and I am very pleased overall. The reason this is not a 5 star review is because of a couple of things. First the Apple Watch complication only updates once an hour, I would like the option to change the update frequency since I don’t mine the battery loss. Secondly I think it would be nice to be able to change what the complication shows too, but I think the way it chooses what to present works well, so this isn’t a bug deal. Lastly I am having some issues with the app not connecting to the watch and refreshing, it is in the watch dock and location is set to always. I assume most of this things will be fixed/modified in the future and would still highly recommend this app.
