Better than others similar apps

I never remember to blink or exercise my eyes while working in front of a computer screen for all the day. This app is better than others because it doesn't require to keep looking at the screen to train. I already look at screens too much. Doesn't need to follow a ball on the screen to relax my eyes.

The unique problem is that the price on the app is wrong. It shows ,99 but is 1,99.

Disappointed I upgraded

I like the variety of exercise suggestions. Would love to see a more detailed log of past exercises. I upgraded for the added feature of being able to customize session length-- I assumed this meant I could choose any duration of time, including the choice to do "micro" sessions (sometimes I just want a quick 30-second eye exercise) however it does not offer the option to customize your session for anything less than the standard 1 minute). I like that Heathkit integration is offered but would rather have eye relaxation exercises count toward "Mindful Minutes" (it doesn't make sense to me to log it as a "Workout").

Eye Strain Relief

I was suspect of this app. But I have real problems with my eyes.
My right eye has nerve damage from an accident and is not corrrectable beyond a point. My left eye is the dominant eye.
Using a computer for hours I loose the focusing ability provided by glasses. Another issue is I’m near sighted in one, far sighted in the other. Using this method has helped me to a noticeable degree release the stress on my eyes.
