This app has so much content in it to help people quit smoking. It’s worth every penny and has saved my quit so many times in a short amount of time!! There are many daily modules, stories, tips, meditations, I haven’t even been able to listen to all this app offers yet. When I have an urge to smoke, I open this app and press on anything, it helps distract me and remember all the great benefits of not smoking anymore!
