Decent but terrible when you’re out of data
Decent app. Does what it needs to do. However, if you run out of data and you’re not near any WiFi, the app won’t load and therefore you can’t purchase more data. If they fix this, and make the app a bit snappier, then it would deserve 5 stars.
Also, it would be nice if Circles extended their services by having data on tablets and smart watches. Let’s hope that changes soon.
Great functionality but laggy and slow when you need it
Great functionality but laggy and slow when you need it, like when you are out in the wild and need to change your plan to switch on roaming overseas or switch on unlimited data. If they could take care of that it would be an easy 5 stars though.
Great app
Very user-friendly and the live chat option is a great touch. No need to process through endless phone calls and etc., simply a tap of a button and you can get more data and support you need. Would highly recommend people to switch to Circles
