This app in inaccessible. Please fix. About 8 state employees that use this app daily to access vpn in Arizona are unable to do so now. Voiceover will not work now since the update. This has to be fixed. After weeks of waiting it still remains a problem.

Works well but can still do better

The app is easy and straightforward to use and push notifications make it a bit easier than having to enter the token each time when logging in.

One thing I would like to see implemented in this app is allowing the use of the phone’s biometrics such as fingerprint or face unlock instead of having to enter the pin each time after approving the push notification or entering the token. It wild make it more convenient for the end user. Other Authenticator apps already do this.

Provide helpdesk support at large Org helping users onboard MFA for their devices. Device registrations consistently fail because SafeNet backend servers can’t handle high volume/capacity registrations at once. This is supposed to be “enterprise” ready and your infrastructure can’t support the demands of onboarding new customers, really??? It’s exactly why half these other reviews are so negative. A simple update to the app forces PIN confirmation, half our employees got lazy relying on biometric ID, and now they have to setup tokens again. The simple spike in demand from a simple update has bogged your servers down again. Fix this now if you want to retain enterprise customers!!
