It stops running

I have had my bracelet for awhile and b4 use to work great but now all of the sudden if I don’t keep the app open my bracelet disconnects and it sends me a notification. I have went through and made sure all of the setting on my phone are correct and I am not the problem, I specifically made sure the background app refresh was on and it was. I updated the app to, yet it still does it and sends me that message. I love the bracelets and the app this tiny problem is the only thing bugging me. I would hate to get annoyed to the pint that I stop using it bc my boyfriend spent a lot of money buying these for us.

I purchased these online from the website without reading the reviews on the App Store, and to be honest, I was very nervous that we would not be able to get the bracelets to work properly after seeing these reviews. However, I am pleased to say that we do not have any issues with these once we figured out how they work. The concept is really sweet and we absolutely love having them. We are often too busy throughout the day to text, and it’s nice to be able to send a reminder to your partner that you’re thinking of them. You can send thinking of you with a short press, and I love you with a long press. You can send an SOS signal, etc. from the app as well. The color of the lights and the lengths of the vibrations are customizable as well. So nice!

I will admit, it was slightly tricky to get the bracelets connected with each other and the app. But we persevered through frustration and watched the video and read troubleshooting instructions included on the app. I’m happy to say that the bracelets work wonderfully! I even went on an overnight trip and the bracelets still worked when we were in different cities ♥️ highly recommend. If you’re having issues, try charging your bracelet. They don’t work great when the battery gets too low and the battery level doesn’t seem to be too accurate. Also try closing and reopening the app. We love ours!

I change my rating to ONE STAR

I had left a review about a week ago on this app that gave it maybe three or four stars. But now I need to change that rating. After I had used this app and had connected it to the bracelet for 20 minutes, along with my husband, our bracelets don’t seem to have any connection anymore. As soon as I walked 50 feet away from him to check the connection, it suddenly stopped. My husband said he touched the sensors on the bracelet about six times, and my bracelet did not vibrate one bit out of any of those six times. I also got in touch with the company to return them, and suddenly they want video proof that they are defective, which is not part of their return policy. I had provided proof of purchase, which is in their return policy, and apparently that’s not enough now. I told them what the problem was twice, and they gave me the SAME EXACT RESPONSE TWICE. They aren’t even acknowledging that these bracelets aren’t working; they are just trying to not give me my money back.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews for any company, but this one is disappointing. $139 down the drain!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
