Washe - Car Washes Delivered 4+

Amazing experience

I happened to see a raptor vehicle with the Washe advertisement on it and decided to download the app. I’m so glad that I did. I’m too busy to sit and wait two hours for my car to be done elsewhere and why do that when in 30 minutes flat these guys showed up to my house detailed my entire vehicle to perfection at a much better price than I would’ve paid at the local‘s car wash. It also beats texting back-and-forth to see if I can get an appointment which wasn’t gonna happen until next week with another company. I’m a spur of the moment Scheduler I can’t schedule my car to be washed next week, I need my car washed now and this app and the companies associated make it happen!

Shady & Disappointing

I downloaded Washe hoping to have my car washed while at work because it was recommended by a coworker. I downloaded the app and it automatically choose the $45 Platinum wash, beware of this. It automatically set my location and when I adjusted the setting for the $30 wash I wanted I was hit was a message saying “Sorry Washé is not yet available in your neighborhood. Coming soon!” and both times the Washe Truck was washing my coworker’s car in the parking lot? So we had to call and Venmo the washer, shady. The guy who washed my car was pleasant, but when I came back to look at it there was still dirt all over my car! Weird when you pay that much for a wash you’d actually expect it to be clean. The washer did come back for free and cleaned it again and it still wasn’t perfect, but looked how it should’ve in the first place. Although he did come back to rewash my car I decided not to use there services again because what is supposed to be a simple process... isn’t. I went back onto the app to take off my credit card info (which of course is the first thing the app asks for) because I hadn’t paid through the app and it wouldn’t let me do so. I contacted customer support to delete my account as I do not feel comfortable with my personal info on the app. I spoke to someone in customer service asking for this to be done and a week later STILL nothing. I am very disappointed and wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right.

Unfortunately, when you pay a washer through Venmo we are unable to help with the situation since the order happened outside of the app. Please make sure to always use the app or contact us at support@washe.io for any help! Your account was deleted on June 13th, also. :)

What’s up with South Tampa FL!?

In Ft Lauderdale a few years ago, there was a Washe billboard on HWY 95 so I downloaded the app. It was great. There were a TON of washers and I was able to get one to come to me any day and any time. I moved to south Tampa 1.5 years ago and there are no washers? I was able to get one a total of once in that time but I’ve all but given up now. He said he was pretty much the only guy because not enough people used the app. While he was in my driveway, FOUR cars stopped to ask if he could come to them next. Put the app up on the main billboard on the corner of Dale Mabry and Kennedy and I assure you that your business will explode in the area. South Tampa is FILLED with more business professionals than I’ve ever seen and I’ve lived all over the country. Really wish you would attempt to make it happen here. You will get plenty of business and washers to sign up. I’d use you no less than twice a month myself. The local washers are way overpriced and you have to wait days for them to come. But when one is in the neighborhood, he is pretty much there all day doing every house on the street. Contact me direct if you want real time feedback. Thanks!
