*Online Bill Pay is required to use the “Pay bills” feature. New Payees can only be added in Online Banking.

Easy

Easy to deposit money into your account and you don’t have to waste it your time to get to the bank.

Central bank is no longer ahead of the curve with online banking

Please note that in your mobile app (iOS) users cannot paste in account numbers when adding a payee. This is annoying and insecure. Instead of pasting in from my password manager, I have to write the number down so I can input it on the form. I cannot even toggle between windows on my phone because the bank app times out and makes me start over when i do. This is a deal breaker for me. In this age of the internet, there is no excuse for such poor ux.

Consistently crashing

If you have a check to deposit and arent in an area with a physical location, youd have better luck finding a new bank. This app has been consistently terrible for years. I call the branch to get some help and they tell me nothing is wrong on their end, yet their app has functioned correctly once in the last 2 years I’ve had it. The people are very nice and try and help as much as they can but whoever designed this app needs to reconsider their career choices. Genuinely one of the worst functioning apps I’ve ever encountered.
