Importance Of Security
We have had these cameras for over 8 years with little to no issue. One of the issues we had was that they went offline but was remedied immediately. The cameras picture are clear and love the visual long distance. We are living in a crazy world today and these cameras are a must have for the security of your personal protection and those you love inside and outside of your home. I highly recommend them.
time management
I love the app. The only thing i have a problem with is how to change the time. When I open the app the time is about 45 minutes ahead of the real time. Not a biggie but I am not great with math to figure out the real time. How can I change the time on the app?
Remote Cameras
I am pleased to have the SuperCam remote cameras. I paid for the equipment with 3 cameras and notifications.
One thing that annoyed me, I was not receiving Alerts to my mobile phone when someone or something was on or near the site line of the cameras installed on my property.
I contacted the security camera alarm company and informed them of the situation. They sent of men out to my home. One person updated the Program to include mobile phone notification At My Expense, when it took them about 10 minutes to update their system. I’m much happier receiving alerts to my mobile phone when there is activity within the camera site lines. However, these days security alarm companies include programming of mobile alerts including software updated at no cost.
