地藏菩萨本愿经：梵名Ks!itigarbha -pran!idha^na-su^tra 。凡二卷。【通行本为三卷】又称《地藏本愿经》、《地藏本行经》、《地藏本誓力经》，属于地藏三经之一（其余两部经为《占察善恶业报经》、《大乘大集地藏十轮经》）地藏经收于《大正藏》第十三册，唐代实叉难陀译。本经叙说地藏菩萨之本愿功德，及本生之誓愿，强调地藏菩萨不可思议之大愿力。经中记载了释迦牟尼佛在忉利天宫（欲界六天的第二层天），为母亲摩耶夫人说法，赞扬了地藏菩萨「地狱不空，誓不成佛，众生度尽，方正菩提」的宏大誓愿，并介绍了地藏菩萨在因地修行过程中的典型事例。
