Description
MyLakewood311 is your official civic engagement tool to stay in touch with the City of Lakewood. Our mobile application offers a simple way to submit issues, requests for service, questions and comments to the City. Service requests will be routed directly to the appropriate department for action. We will respond quickly and efficiently, while you can track the progress of your requests on the City website or mobile app. You can provide comments, follow other requests in our community and check out the latest City news and events.

Ratings and Reviews
Excellent- HOWEVER...
Excellent App - However, after two years of using it on a daily basis, it no longer functions. The App will not permit login or data entries. Problem began on or about September 28, 2020. Lakewood, Washington City administration is aware of the problem, but lacks personnel and motivation to correct the problem. This is extremely regrettable because it is the PRIMARY way for citizens to interact with local government.
Broken
App is broken. Can no longer log in or add data. City is not interested in fixing it. The app is toast.
