I really like the Chime platform and app. The Only problem is that when I try and open a document from my files on my iPhone, it opens the chime app attempts to connect the document, and name it, to a chime record. I cannot understand why this is happening. The only remedy is to delete chime app, open my document from my files and reload chime later. That’s the only reason for four stars.

Your sales team has committed fraud. I have full documentation of the incident and am escalating this now due to your complete lack of response to this problem.

Three months ago I reached out to your team and had specific questions about your company's CRM products and how it can be used within my MLS. Your sales representative blatantly lied and that lie was caught within two weeks of purchase when it became clear I was unable to operate your CRM within my MLS network without my broker also being on Chime. I demanded, in writing, a full refund and cancellation of all Chime services multiple times since learning this and instead you have had the balls to continue billing me for a service I cannot use due to your lies.

Chime support has repeatedly ignored attempts to make this right and has had the balls to keep billing me for a product I am unable to use as advertised. They have one more business day to find a peaceful resolution before I take legal action against them.

I have used many real estate CRM's over the years and Lofty has been top-notch! What I love most about this program is all the integrations to run your business. It's easy to create websites, post to social media and keep up with your database. It can be tough at first setting up the Smart plans because they're very detailed. However, it's the most beneficial thing you'll do for your business! I highly recommend Lofty, so if you're considering it, you just need to do it! Stop waiting!
