NYC HRA Document Upload is a simple way for people in New York City to provide copies of important eligibility documents connected to their SNAP/Food Stamps or Cash Assistance case in just 3 easy steps.
Use your mobile phone or tablet to quickly photograph and submit documents such as pay stubs or a utility bill.
Save unnecessary trips to a local HRA office.
Share your information safely. Document images and data are protected. No paper copies required.

Thank you! This application is literally a life saver. For people who don’t have a lot of time to turn in paperwork and also who don’t have a computer or laptop. This app makes everything so efficient and effective. HRA is the best and I'm very glad and impressed with the improvements and developments made for the Administration. Thank you Apple / Google as well!

You can only take pictures.
This app only allows for pictures - apparently the developers have never heard of a computer, ipad or laptop, and they have never heard of a all in one printer. You will have to take a picture of every single document and then upload it to your HRA case (if you have several pieces of papers to upload you will have to make a movie). After speaking with an agent, the agent will tell you that they cannot see the pictures and that you will have to resubmit it again. If the app allowed for document scans, you would be able to scan the document and upload it to your HRA case.

Just get a number at the center then create your user ID in their computer while they assist you. Once your done you must call the number that shows on your screen. And that’s it they let you know what documents you need and so easy to upload everything on there fast app online. :)
