Celebrate Mardi Gras in the birthplace of the festival with the first Float Tracker app designed by a news/media outlet in the city! The WALA FOX10 Float Tracker will track more than 40 parades, give traffic updates as well as provide information regarding street closings and detours.
See a schedule of the parades we're tracking, plus maps of the routes. While the parades are rolling, you can see the exact location of the front of the parade, updated in real-time thanks to our GPS trackers.

Thanks for this app! Only suggestion would be that the info was a lil more up to date. Some parades fell off the schedule before they had actually happened. But for the most part it was very helpful and we will definitely be looking forward to using it next Mardi Gras! Thanks again!!!
Love this App!
This is the Go To app for Mobile Mardi Gras! I love all the features and weather link is great because our weather can change in a heartbeat.
Location services are messed up.
When I downloaded the app, it automatically set my location as Mobile. There was no option to choose New Orleans or any other location. There was the option to “Use my location,” but I don’t like setting that up with apps, as that uses data and stores your location for 3rd parties. There was no option to switch my location to New Orleans, so I was only able to see Mobile parades.
