One of the best!!!

I rarely write reviews, but this game deserves all the support I can give it. Developed by Mariaglorum, this HOG hit all the right spots. It not only had all the features one would expect in a modern hog, such as an informative map, a hint system that directed to location, and great voice overs, but additionally had an interesting story, fantastic incredibly interactive scenes. It seemed like every location and many things to manipulate, and then scenes within locations, and scenes within scenes! And I enjoyed the collectibles in this game more than any other. If you're missed one, you could hit a button and it would take you to the location that you missed. Even the fresco one builds by getting achievements was great! You should definitely check out the other Mariaglorum games, but this one is their best! I hope you all enjoy this one as much as I did!

League of Light: Silent Mountain

I liked this game! Gameplay was smooth, with no glitches, had a nice teleporting map, and it took a while for me to finish it...haven't played the bonus game, yet, and I purchased the game over a week ago (lots of stops and starts). Also, you get to choose between a male and female character...I chose female ('cause I am one, so that made sense!), and I kept wondering the whole game why I thought that I had heard the characters voice before. When I got to the end, I read through the credits, and discovered that Lani Minella was the female characters voice...if any of my fellow gamers have played any of the HER Interactive games, she is the voice of none other than Nancy Drew! Anyways, I did like this game, and recommend it...nice graphics and no occult stuff that I hate to spend money on... just a good game to play to pass the time!

It was just ok, here's why

Pros: Nice long game, interesting storyline, fantastic graphics, amazing animation and I loved all the sound affects! It had lots of rooms and the HO games were a lot of fun because they were all interactive and a lot of them were not repetitive.

Cons: Too easy to find items especially towards the middle and end of the game. The puzzles were too easy to solve so I started losing interest in the game and playing this on an iPad the items were sometimes hard to grab from my inventory, it got frustrating. Also, When I came across the next item I would have to find , I pretty much new what to expect and what I'd be looking for without any hints...... FOR EXAMPLE if I found a bag with stitching on it, I knew I'd be usually looking for a knife, scissors or broken glass to cut it open. I wish these games were more creative with objects/items.

It would be a lot more challenging and fun if I didn't know what to expect. That's part of the excitement, challenge and fun.
