iOS 13 Crashing Still
Expected some apps to fail during initial betas of the new iOS 13 several months ago, but with only days left before the official launch of the new multi-device OS update - this app still crashes before even loading. I have a feeling there will be a lot of people locked out of their places come Friday morning with zero warning.
Update: Looks like the team was able to slip in a fix under wire post the iOS 13 launch! Still some stability issues and the turn to unlock feature doesn’t always behave - but systems are back up. Good job Dev team!

Hi there! We do apologize for the trouble you experienced while on the iOS 13 beta, but were able to release a new update that includes support for the new Operating System. We do recommend updating to app version 1.9.1 whenever is most convenient in order to restore full app functionality. Super easy and convenient
I have been using the app for almost a year now. I love that I do not have to roll down my window when I come into my building.
App wants to know your location even when not running
The idea that this app wants to track my location even when I am not running the app is appalling. I can’t trust the developers of this app since I don’t know them. If they can’t figure out another way then I hope a competitor can.
