Bugs r not fixed, still its making error when u access the app
Unfortunately too outdated
As a business owner in KSA and the whole online and app movement, this app doesn’t compete and is pretty shameful tbh, I am forced to use a computer to make simple transaction because this app has bugs and doesn’t allow me to transfer to a local bank using iban. Too many bugs and we are considering leaving Alahli Bank if this app doesn’t rise to the occasion.
Update maybe?
Doesn’t fit a whole iPhone x screen and bug out sometimes and just logs out. Especially fun when your about to finish something at the last step and it happens. Please see to these issues. But for now 1 star is too much to give. Thanks ^^
