PointClickCare's Skin and Wound solution improves the efficiency of clinical decision making by enabling automated wound assessments, capturing images, and eliminating handwritten or redundant documentation. Wound measurement results are as easy as taking a photo. The resident record is automatically updated, ensuring more accurate and complete documentation is available to every member of the care team.

This app is intended to integrate with the PointClickCare EHR platform. If you are not a current PointClickCare client, but would like this solution, we suggest you contact PointClickCare or visit Swift Wound in the App store.

Most recent update broke app

Most recent update made app significantly less optimized. After new update the app lags, crashes, and frequently logs out the user. When opening a patient profile the app often fails to load the profile and just freezes. Fairly obvious lack of QA here..

Just wanted to update: app still has not had any post update issue addressed. At least the extra hours it’s taking me to chart now is getting some extra overtime.

Unbelievable - nothing but issues

This has not been a good experience for us. Currently the app seems to be randomly adding new floors and one facility cannot access half of their residents. So disappointing to be told after days and weeks of reporting things “this is a known issue” - yet ZERO communication from the vendor to the caregivers with any heads up.

Disappointed

All of these updates are making skin and wound not work. It is making my job a ton harder because I can not input patient info correctly. Please fix the bugs and leave it alone. #frustratednurse
