All of the associates and others that I have had to interact with over those many years have been really really great. Just gets worse and worse
Latest issue in the revolving bug menu is the bill-pay feature. Though I’ve been paying bills online at DPCU for well over a decade, the app acts like I’m brand new, all of my payees are gone, and asks me to set it up, every single time. The app has to be opened and closed several times before my payees return and I’m able to pay bills.
