Editors’ Notes

We used to shoo away moths when they flew into the house, but this fascinating game showed us how adorable they can be. The nocturnal sibling to Flutter: Butterfly Sanctuary, it showcases dozens of beautiful moth species to discover, nurture, and collect—and it's just as gorgeously illustrated and serenely satisfying as its companion.

Where’s the 70 star button?

THIS GAME IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! If I could change one thing about it, it would be a system where you could name your moths. The same thing goes for Flutter: Butterfly Sanctuary. Like if you tap on your moth there’s a button labeled “name” and then you can type in a name for it. Or if you just don’t know what to name it, there can be a “randomize” button, where a randomly generated name is selected. Then when you fuse two moths together, you can pick between the two moths’ names (or, if you’re like me, just only name the original moth, and not name the one you fuse with it.) there can also be an option in settings of the game to show the names of your moths. Also, if you do add this to the game, please make the naming free. If not free, make it 10 coins. I would rather spend my real money on other things in these wonderful games. And I would rather spend my Glowbucks on upgrading the flowers for more pollen. That’s it with this review. Wait it’s not, one more thing. THE CATERPILLARS ARE THE ABSOLUTE MOST ADORABLE THINGS ON THE PLANET AND THAT IS A FACT!!!!! Also, who in their right mind would give this game anything under a 5 star? The caterpillars are hecking adorable people. tHaTs aLl yOu rEaLlY nEeD. Anyway, have a nice day Runaway! (And anyone else that read this) Don’t stop these great games!

Great game, but a few suggestions

I love this game, as well as Flutter. The moths are cute and fun to look at and you can tell that effort goes into the design of everything in this game. I enjoy the events in this game, they’re easy to understand. The game is relaxing to play; the music, the graphics and gameplay are all soothing to me. However, I think there should be more options for acquiring moths you missed in previous events. As of now, the only way to get them is to buy eggs with flutterbucks when the moth happens to visit your forest. It’s random, unless there’s a special visiting-moth event going on. The prices go up based on rarity, and legendary moths cost a whopping 500 flutterbucks. That’s around 20 real life dollars, just for this moth. If you’re a perfectionist, this game may frustrate you majorly since it’s almost impossible to have every moth in the game. I feel like there needs to be a better way for players to get past moths, either with a recap sort of event, or perhaps cheaper prices on visiting moths. It’d take me, personally, a really long time to get 500 flutterbucks (without purchasing them with money), and then to spend them all in one go...it just seems a little unfair. I think a lot of players would appreciate recap events that gives them the chance to get past moths using flowers rather than flutterbucks. Other than that, I enjoy this game and think it’s brilliant and worth the download if you don’t mind the whole “past moths” thing.
