Great at first

At first this app was great but now for some reason I go to put in my pattern to unlock the app and it is saying that I am putting in the wrong pattern which I'm not...it has been the same pattern since I downloaded the app...since this is happening I cannot get to my pictures that I have stored in the app or do anything else with the app....it would be nice if there was a secondary way to unlock the app when something like this happens! Any Help??

I finally got the app unlocked trying a totally different pattern than what I set it at and all my photos and videos are gone now....I obviously didn't have copies of those pictures saved in my regular photos or anywhere else because of what type of photos they were....IS THERE ANYWAY TO RECOVER THE PICTURES THAT I HAD SAVED IN THE APP?

My review

This app was amazing until I spent 4 hours trying to remember my pattern to add photos to my albums. I had a lot of stuff on the app itself I had even old photos with my bf I couldn’t get back so I’m extremely upset why couldn’t there be a “forgot pattern” option?
