Ride a bike - it would be more comfortable
The app is pretty useless. So don’t bother. But I would also suggest you find another RV company. Especially for any long trips. I have never had such an uncomfortable and noisy ride. Every crack in the road rocked the RV. Do not believe the pictures on their website. The RV we had was disgusting inside. If you rented a car from any rental company, you’d expect a clean and well maintained car. Well I guess Cruise America believes throwing on some duct tape here and there and using staples to hold plastic together is good enough. Walking would have been more comfortable
An app that makes you download other apps
As the title says, it makes you download other apps to find the things you need. Why even make this app if you could just have all the info on a website with resources. The only thing that is worth while on the app are the troubleshooting videos, but again, that could be on a web page. Don’t use, even if the company tells you to.
Videos never worked
Downloaded the app on wifi prior to our trip. Enabled local download for all videos, but they never worked. Wouldn’t play when we returned to wifi either. To this day have never gotten a single video to work on the app.
