Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch, the Cushman & Wakefield Resident App allows you to manage your apartment information and services with a few simple touches. Log in securely from anywhere and update your profile, view and pay your account balance, or submit maintenance requests.
The Cushman & Wakefield Resident App features:

Review
Not a bad place to live everything we’ve had a problem with has been Took care of. But recently I’ve had problems with my car. Someone has keyed my car. Had estimate done and they were around 3,000 Dollars to have fixed. I been here around 6 years. Nothing has never happen like this before. But scared to have fixed if is going to happen again. Rent Costs
One of the reasons I have stayed was the rent fit my budget. However, it seems that the sewage and the trash management costs have gone up. I try to monitor my water usage since I have a very tight budget, but it seems my conservative water use does not reflect in my bill.
Good but NOT Great
I like the app because I don’t have to logon to my computer to check the status of a work order or pay my bills. I can do everything on this app that I can do on the computer. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it’s slow to load the items that I need, like previous billing and work order. All in all I like the app.
