Didn’t save my registration info
Made an account for delivery and when I tried to log in it says I don’t have an account. Also, trying to order something for delivery for the app just takes you to a clunky website. This is the way apps used to work 12-13 years ago. Its 2023, this should be updated.
App has glitches
App has glitches. Sometimes it won’t post the weekly ad. Right now it won’t let me view the weekly ad. It says “Error, Can’t connect to server. Try again later.” It has been doing this all day. I hate having to go to the Macey’s website to check the weekly ad. It defeats the purpose of the ap. Please fix.
Update review.
This is the worst app I have ever used. Last week the weekly add didn’t show up on the app. This week. I can’t get certain sale items to add to my shopping list. I get the error “Log in to add to shopping list”. I was already logged into the app. I logged out of the app to log back in, it gave me an error “Can’t connect time server”. I rebooted my phone and deleted the app and re-downloaded it. I tried loading in again. I got the same error, “Can’t connect to server”. So now I can’t log into the app. This app has so many issues. I love shopping at Macey’s, but your app needs to be redone. Poorly executed.

Awesome update
I love all of the updates you have made to the app recently. It is so much easier to use digital coupons, create a shopping list and see what is happening with my rewards. Can’t wait to see what future improvements you make! We ❤️ Macey’s.
