Doesn’t show transactions on credit cards
Overall app is good. Just need to have pending transactions as well as ones that went through so you can check to see if you been hacked.
Terrible App
This app use to be great, I had it for years and it did everything I needed. It even gave me the instant balances. Not any more, all it does is have me verify my email and ask me the security questions over and over again. It’s like a spinning wheel going around and around taking you nowhere. I have other financial apps and I have no issues.
The bank itself is phenomenal and I have no complaints about their customer service, but this app needs to be fixed properly. It use to be great, what happened? I created a shortcut on my phone to avoid having to go on my computer all the time. If I can create a shortcut that works well, I don’t see how a developer as yourself can’t fix this app.
There’s no point in downloading this app
I haven’t been able to log in using the app for a week. What’s the point? Sometimes even the website takes a few tries to get my transaction history loaded. Ridiculous online banking system. Chose a smaller bank and sacrificed Zelle not being built in, customer service is only open business hours/days, which I accepted. But come on, online banking isn’t even reliable? Very frustrating. Abri, invest in your mobile app. A ton of customers use their mobile device for bills and purchases, it’s vital in this day and age to have a functioning app available.
