Ugh…
When this app works, it’s ok. The lessons are fine and it’s basic functions are ok but the app and the logon are so glitchy that I struggle to participate in the program. Tech support can’t seem to find a solution beyond deleting the app, clearing my cache/cookies, and reloading the app. Very frustrating.
Can’t access the app
I joined today. Downloaded the app, and it’s stuck on the rock photo. I can’t access anything. I wished I read these reviews about the app before I signed up through my insurance. I will be contacting my insurance to cancel this program and try another that’s offered.
Discouraging
Day one - finding my way around
Day two - won’t load past the picture. Can’t use.
Day three - still can’t get past the picture. I tried deleting and reinstalling app, but it didn’t help. It’s turned my motivation into discouragement. Still can’t use.
