The Bank of America Private Bank app has been redesigned to provide an enhanced mobile experience, including new self-service features that will allow you to easily access important account and market information and stay connected to your advisor team while on the go.
New to the Bank of America Private Bank app:
• Scan documents in the app using your iPhone camera and share with your Bank of America
• Private Bank team via the Secure Inbox
• Access your dashboard to view your portfolio summary, holdings, news, market performance and more
• Initiate cash transfers between your eligible Bank of America Private Bank accounts and your
• linked Bank of America accounts
• Send and receive money using Zelle®
• View activity on your Bank of America, N.A., credit cards and banking accounts
• Monitor your FICO® Score
Stay Secure:
• Set up Touch ID® / Face ID® to securely log in to the app instead of using your Password on eligible devices
You’ll still be able to access features from previous versions of our app, such as:
• Check balances, holdings, and pending and historical transactions
• Review historical data and asset chart
• Communicate securely with your relationship manager on your iPhone
• Get the latest insights from Bank of America Private Bank in our Thought Leadership library
• Explore expanded market data to get information such as sector performance, earnings per share, and peer information
• Access interactive heat maps to see a visual representation of how stocks in your holdings, watchlists and the market are performing

Private Bank Experience
The support team is wonderful! Really great people and team approach. However the investment approach is completely Retail and added nothing of value in our case. The Investment professional was not pleasant or willing to discuss anything as to why they were making certain decisions- the old expression of being with the hurd and at that sort of risk was mot for us. We could even get regular update. We worked very hard to make our retirement and didn't feel any responsibility or respect for our savings. Might just be our local team of investment managers but it definitely was not as represented in the sale.
Responsive Advisors and competitive management fees
I have worked with three other Investment advising firms and returned to Bank of America Wealth Management because after explaining why we left in the first place ( feeling we were generally ignored) management stepped up and has since give us great service and solid advice.
