The core mission of Chaldal is to save money and save time as we focus on the fact that people don’t have to spend too much of their precious money and time to buy their necessities on a daily basis. We want to make people’s lives easier so that they can do their daily activities without running to the supermarket or vegetable market.
We understand a little assistance with daily grocery needs goes a long way in making lives easier. Chaldal is now the largest online grocery platform in Bangladesh. Since 2013, we have been working relentlessly to improve our delivery mechanism. We have warehouses situated across the major cities of the country such as Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, and Sylhet. Having these warehouses has enabled us to successfully operate a 30 minutes delivery service.
We assure the quality of the products for our customers by sourcing straight from farmers, manufacturers, and importers. With the integration of our automated warehouse management, the processing time has decreased significantly. Our well-designed system architecture enables us to track each and every order from the moment of its placement to delivery.

Good delivery service but poor time management
Chaldal had been almost there since Covid lockdown in Bangladesh, but there is one flaw that ruins, the overall experience, which is false fabricated over promised under delivered time management for delivery. On their website or their app, they promise a delivery time which they never can fulfill by delivering the goods from the warehouse between the time shown in the order. They always make late deliveries.

Very bad and rude service
I ordered from them at the express delivery. The delivery time was from 12:00 pm to 1 pm. But they started calling me at 8 am. I properly mentioned address they still started saying weird things. At 1 :23 pm they called me and said they're infront if my house. And I should bring a bag with me. (They didn't even brought a bag) anyways still I went downstairs and found none there. When I called them again they told me they're still not here. So what's the point of asking me to come downstairs with bags? And what kind of delivery is this? Where I've to call the delivery man Everytime! I received my order one hour late. They took shipping fee but didn't even provide a bag. It's really rude! It's much much better to shop from grocery shops. I'll never ever shop from them again in my life!

produces are mostly of bad quality
Provided produces are mostly of bad quality. I have been purchasing from them for last 6 months and it’s almost Every time I’m facing some issues. Delivery times are not maintained properly. Also if the payments are done earlier then the delivery is done on the most inconvenient times. Like I ordered yesterday evening so I can get everything ready next morning but they haven’t arrived yet.
Also provide option to copy order number or show them in the chat box so it’s easier for the customer care people to track
