Doesn’t Work
App freezes & I have to turn off my phone to return to my Home Screen. Every single time. Don’t bother. Sorry the palace can’t find capable IT people able to fix it.
Won’t work
Save your money. The reviews are right, the app was frozen for 60% of the time. I eventually just shut it down and walked around without a guide. Better to rent at the palace if it’s important to learn deeper
Did not work during our visit
We downloaded this app in preparation for our visit to the Royal Palace and it did not work at all. We opened the app as instructed and tried selecting all the options - language, index, etc - with no luck. The app froze and didn’t allow us to proceed to the next screen at any point
We ended up having to get the audio guide anyway!
