Description
The Tak Points App is a unique incentive program to improve engagement of Registered Nurses (RNs) working in a hospital environment. RNs perform countless thankless tasks which often leads to high nurse turnover. Tak awards points and provides a communication channel for managers to say 'Thank You' to nurses and show appreciation. Registered Nurses can redeem the points earned doing everyday tasks for rewards, prizes and vacation. The Tak program builds RN engagement which improves RN retention and retaining nurses improves patient care and hospital performance.

Love this app, however it’s not working to buy anything from your phone! It’s been like this for months. You have to go on the computer to be able to purchase.
