After I earned almost 6000 points the App just died on me!! Can't log in to my App anymore no matter how hard I have tried.

I have to create a new account and start from the beginning. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The App did saved me money though and that is the awesome part. Guess they can take away your hard working awards anytime they wants to.

I can't express how disappointing my recent experience with this app was. My husband and I decided to give it a try and ordered food for pickup via the app, thinking it would be a quick and convenient process. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare.

We chose the option to pick up our order at a designated parking spot. However, after waiting for a whopping 40 minutes, we decided to inquire about our order's status. To our shock, the manager, who we approached first, claimed she hadn't received our order. Despite showing her the app confirmation, she insisted there was no record of our order.

Rather than trying to find a solution, she left us feeling frustrated and ignored.

Desperate to salvage the situation, I approached another employee who finally took our order. However, due to the app's limitations, our selections were not displayed accurately, resulting in an incorrect order. To make matters worse, one of the sides we ordered, clearly indicated in the app, was missing from our package.

Exasperated and feeling let down, we decided to cut our losses and leave.

Adding to our frustration was the lack of in-app customer service. Instead, users are required to make a phone call, which only added to our inconvenience.

This experience has left me disheartened, and I've decided I won't be using this app anymore. It was a huge disappointment, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

It lets you do everything (find locations, browse menu, add to cart, customize) up to submitting your order. And then you have to make an account. No option to order as a guest, which is annoying since that’s pretty standard in other apps and websites, and I’m only here for a week. Making an account requires a phone number for verification. And for some reason it won’t let you change the country of the phone number - it’s locked. Which means you can’t use a US phone number. In the end, we just found someplace else. Waste of time.
