Annke Vision 4+

UPDATE: I did not realize that I had to totally remove the app from my device, and re-install it in order to have the updated app version working for playback correctly. Once I did that, all worked GREAT as before. Revised stars back to a 5 star review.

With the recent update to 4.27.1 it seems the playback stopped working from the app. I can only select the date, but the slider at the bottom is no longer working. Regardless of the time I select, it reverts to 00:00 for that date. Need a fix soon so I can use the app for playback. Using iPad with the latest iOS version, as well as iPhone with its latest iOS release.

Ist the cameras our excellent great pictures no problem with installation (i am a electriction) great price would purchase again
2nd the app has a lot to be desired tryed to connect to i phone following manual did get to work but no pictures unstable internet tried to figure it out but to no avail to late to call for tech support to long for email so called my son (computer technician) well 2 1/2 hours later we got it working after reprogramming router tweeking app settings they work yea
Over all great system app needs work owner manual needs work they write it like your a computer wizard

I was worried about getting a camera systrm because without a good app it’s Lou these if you’re going to use it like most people. I am able to see all my cameras at once and get notifications when a movement has been made.

If you’re worried about the app being flawless, don’t worry. Take the plunge and get the annke system and download the annke app.

My only issue is when viewing all four cameras or however many you have I cannot swipe up on the bottom bar. I know this is a small tech or coding issue. It works sometimes and sometimes it does not. I’m running iOS 14.2 on an iPhone XR. Please contact me if more explaining needs to get done. Besides that the app is flawless.
