Bad service and customer support
اول تجربة واخر تجربة ان شاء الله
على مدي ثلاث ايام وانا في الانتظار
جاني منكم اتصال واحد
وانا عملت واحد اتصال
وباقي الوقت جميع الاتصالات لا ترد
والتطبيق لا يرسل لفرق الدعم لوجود خلل
ولم يتم التوصيل الى الان اليوم الرابع
The first and last time to use the app, experience is vey bad, waiting
For three days still no delivery
I have one contact from the support team
I made one call no help
The rest of the time, all communications are not received, and no answer
In the app you can’t sent to the support teams due to a defect on the app
The delivery has not yet been completed on the fourth day

لا المندوب يرد، ولا اقدر اكنسل الطلب، وخدمة العملاء ما يردون لا عن طريق الشات او عن طريق الهاتف!!! بداية خير مع هالتطبيق الرائع! وانا اخطيت وحطيت رصيد في محفظتي! ما ادري كيف اسحبه! 😒
The delivery guy is not answering the phone, I can’t cancel my order, and the customer service are not replying either by the chat or phone! What a start, I made a huge mistake by adding funds to my wallet before I even try this wonderful app! 😒
