Clockit is an incredibly simple to use Pomodoro timer that helps you manage your time and get things done. Just enter how much time you need to spend on something, press start, and Clockit will notify you when to break, when to resume task, and when you’re done with that task. Repeat with all your tasks and see yourself getting more and more done. Don't want to estimate completion time? Switch to classic pomodoro mode to do things the traditional way.
For iPad users, Clockit is fully compatible with Split View, allowing you to keep track of your progress from anywhere without exiting an app.
TIMER
Not just a simple countdown clock but a carefully designed timer that takes your breaks and overtime into account to maximize your productivity. The timer runs in background and notifications are generated automatically, effectively saving you more time.
BREAKS
Taking no breaks while completing a certain task is in fact counterproductive. Clockit allows users to break every once in a while. Say you would like to take a break every 30 mins. The app takes that into account and notifies you automatically when to break as you focus on your work. This effectively relieves your stress as you know there’s a break coming up soon. Clockit also notifies you when break time is up so you'll be back on track right on time.
OVERTIME
Spending too much time on something is a common problem and that’s why Clockit provides an overtime limit to solve this obstacle. Once you complete a task, Clockit displays the amount of time you have left for overtime and notifies you 10 minutes before your time is up.
STATS
Knowing how you use your time is essential to becoming more productive. That's why Clockit devotes an entire page just on delivering the most insightful stats to you. What's even more incredible is that these stats are all collected passively for your convenience.

Almost perfect!!
I’ve compared a dozen apps like this and Clockut stands far above the rest, meeting my needs in a lovely format. Also, thank you for making it available at a great price. I can’t believe how many apps are twice the price as this... and are charged monthly! Awful! One important request: Is love if you could let me make groups of tasks. If I could have one color for, say, school tasks, a different color for work, for kids, for house.... that would make it totally perfect for me. I hope you can add this feature! Thanks Clockit!!
Decent but needs work
So I have been using this app for at least 6 months now. It is decent, but I’ve encountered some issues and I also have some suggestions for improvement.
The major issue that I’ve had is that sometimes in the middle of a task when the timer is running, if I happen to leave the app and come back, the app has to reload and I lose the ENTIRE chunk of time that the timer had just been running for, as if it had never been running in the first place. Because this happens, I have a hard time trusting the timer since it may stop the recording midway and erase the entire time I just spent from the time log. I wish you guys could get this bug sorted out.
Another thing, the way tasks are listed in this app is completely disorganized, and very un-intuitive, especially once you start to have lots and lots of tasks. In the first place, completed tasks should be in an entirely separate list from ongoing tasks. The way they are now, I have to scroll through a lot of completed tasks to find the active ones, which aren’t even in any coherent order but scattered randomly between the completed tasks. There should be a way to move tasks around and also to possibly create folders for different tasks.
It’s not too bad a time app (could definitely be worse), but the app definitely has room for improvement.
Perfect Productivity App!
I’ve tried more productivity/task list apps then I can count. I love Clockit!!!
Adding my tasks and having to estimate how much time I’ll spend on each has really helped me realize how often I find myself getting stuck on mundane or frivolous things throughout my day which in turn costs me precious time. I’m excited to make this app a daily part of my routine!! It’s easy to use and so effective
