We will be dropping support for iOS 13 at the end of April, please update to a newer version of iOS to keep receiving updates.
Ratings and Reviews
Have a backup method.
An update pushed December 11th broke the main app and it took a day to get a fix. While this issue had a work around, a future bug might not.
Always have a backup method. Request your building give you a physical key/tag.
Absolutely awful
If you’re a landlord and despise your tenants get this app. If you’re an everyday Joe, don’t get this app. A conventional lock works so much better, instead of just grabbing my keys to lock or unlock a door, I have to grab my phone, log in, hope it works, and maybe just maybe I will be able to get in my house. If it was up to me, I would never have their inconsistent locks. There is no ease of access with this app or lock, they somehow made a system that has been proven to work, and made it worse. If there is one thing in life that you can do, it is 100% to not support this company and their idiotic ideas.
EXCEPTIONAL app performance and service
This app works very fast and is super convenient! I work in the leasing office at a HomeBase community and their app has made our resident’s lives and office staff’s workload a lot better. It is so easy for everyone to use. The two super small issues we had (between 600 residents, only two issues) were VERY quickly resolved by their support team. HIGHLY recommend HomeBase!
