Friendly Service
I’ve had the opportunity to personally know trash-hauling business owners. Our Columbia crews would rank well among others I’ve known. I know that collection trucks and their workers work long hours in often terrible weather. They pick up the worst of us - heavy, wet, over/filled bags. Stuff that doesn’t meet the rules for pickup. Stuff that smells badly.
But what I notice most is that if I’m out when they toss our bags into the truck, I always get a friendly wave. They offer their best efforts toward our worst junk.

Great App
Love having this app!! It helps me to remember when to put out my trash and recyclable items even when there is a day switch for holidays or other rare situations. Also has the hazardous waste dates for dropping off those items. With the phone number included, I can easily get information if special situations arise while doing deep cleaning and decluttering.
Helpful App
Rather quietly this app has become one of my favorite apps. Not because it has changed or radically improved my life, but because it only does one thing, notify about trash pick up, but it does it very well. The alerts are timely, give useful additional information if necessary, and the notifications make sense.
