Use your existing Coast360 Online banking login to get started or, if you’re a first time user, create your login credentials right from the mobile banking app.

Use Coast360 Mobile to:
• Securely check account balances, recent activity and transaction history
• Deposit checks quickly and view images of cleared checks
• Transfer money between accounts, including your accounts at other financial institutions
• Pay monthly bills and set up new payees
• Locate Coast360 ATMs and member centers

Additional Features include:
• Fingerprint & Facial Authentication – log in with the touch of a finger or facial recognition
• Instant Balance – view your balance instantly prior to logging in
• Travel Notifications – notify us of upcoming travel plans to ensure uninterrupted access during your next trip
• Card Control – enjoy all the features of Card Control through Coast360 Mobile

Requirements
Coast360 Mobile Banking works with devices using iOS 13+

Transfer Limits
• Checking accounts: There are no limits on the number of transfers you can make in a calendar month.
• Savings accounts: You can make up to six total transfers to another account or a third party in a calendar month per federal regulations.

Security
Coast360 Mobile uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption to communicate securely through all mobile service providers. Security measures block unauthorized access and protect your data, no matter how you access your accounts.

Permissions
• Location permissions are needed to determine your location in order to find ATMs.
• Camera permissions are needed to deposit checks.

Unable to see primary accounts only which was standard in the previous version

While the update allowed the user to access all of the user’s accounts, it failed to provide an option to select which accounts the user wants to view or appear at login. The user is forced to see all his accounts. You no longer are able just to have only your primary accounts to show up at login, just like the previous version.
So for me, this upgrade is not customer-friendly. It was not evaluated from the customers perspective.
Other issues are as follows:
1. To get a credit score, you are required to sign up membership with “Savvy Market” and it tells you that you can stop your membership any time. I cannot find anywhere in the App where to stop my membership.
2. The map shows ATM locations but these locations are not verified.
3. Security questions are so limited. You are forced to pick one that is not suitable, i. e., your answer to these questions are not something you easily remember.
4. You have lost all your previous security questions and answers.
5. You have lost all the information of the external bank you linked before.
6. You cannot make an online deposit to your joint account.
7. “Fast Balance” feature does not work correctly. After I registered this feature, the App did not allow me to access it 2 days later. It tells me to register. When I tried registering again it tells me my device is already registered.

Missing Feature_Transfer $$ to Other Acct. Members

The new updated app removed a feature of transferring money to other Coast360 account members, which I highly used unless it’s hidden somewhere I’m unable to locate. Other than that, still getting acquainted in navigating through the app.
