Keeps Getting Better

I've been a credit union member for over 20 years and enjoyed the excellent service. Since the first app version the updates to the mobile app keep getting better with more functionality and ease. One thing I have notice since the first app is that the text notifications for a charge or cash withdrawal are much slow in coming. Before I would receive a text within less than a minute if such and action occurred. Now I don't receive any till hours or even a day after. I think this should be crucial from a security aspect, hope this can be fixed. Other than that, the app is fantastic!! My compliments to the developers and the credit union.

User friendly, all info easily accessible

I find this app super easy to use and I can see all of my information so easily in one area. It is also secured by making available the thumbprint log on.. saving me the hassle of remembering a password constantly and also securing my information. Very happy with app!

Incorrect time or date

Until recently the mobile app has worked well, but a few weeks ago it stopped allowing me access claiming my time and/or date was incorrect. This is wrong I use a iPhone 11 and it sets the correct time and date. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone to no avail. This is the only way I’ve found to be heard concerning this problem.
